John was captured by the dog catchers in the village during the last brutal campaign. Mihaela knew him from the streets as he was well known for opening the locals doors and letting himself into their yards. When she saw him in the van after his capture she knew she had to save him, she negotiated with the dog catchers to release him into her care and took him to the rescue.
He is such a cheeky and friendly boy who despite his rough start has learnt to trust again in people. He is a very gentle dog even when he plays and gets along well with other dogs. He is always so happy and excited to greet people with his little wagging tail. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know how he is with them and due to his traumatic past we advise older children who will respect his boundaries.
He is fully neutered and ready for adoption! He would make a wonderful addition to anyone's family.
